Affordable land in Epe!!!

A developing community called Epe may be found in the Lekki lagoon’s northern region. The town has experienced rapid socioeconomic development in recent years and is quickly becoming a major tourist destination in Lagos State. Take your time to read carefully about the Affordable land in Epe that will be of huge return on investment in the year to come.

Is Epe a desirable area to live?

If you want a peaceful neighborhood, Epe is an excellent choice. Numerous offices, schools, and recreational facilities are also located there. Since fishing is a big industry there, fish and seafood are readily available.

The town has witnessed a large influx of people move there, including both individuals and business entities, due to the rate of growth brought on by the projects being undertaken there. Both commercial and real estate investments are advantageous there.

Epe will host or at least directly benefit from the majority of Lagos’ newest infrastructure developments during the course of the next five years.

While some of the major public infrastructure projects that will be located in Epe have yet to get underway, those funded by the private sector along the Lekki-Epe corridor have either already been finished or are very close to being so. We anticipate that more developments will begin construction along that stretch during the next five years, which will considerably boost the area’s economic momentum. Several of the projects that are slated to be located in or near to Epe and that will be finished within the next year are;

The Lekki-Epe Expressway, which connects Lekki Phase 1 to Epe, is undergoing continuing reconstruction.

Within the Lekki Free Zone, close to Epe, is where the envisioned Lekki Deep Sea Port would be situated.

the completion of the Dangote Petroleum Refinery, regarded as Africa’s largest oil refinery and estimated to generate up to 650,000 barrels per day (BPD).

Epe will benefit the most from this project in terms of residential beneficiaries, with over 170,000 employment to be generated.

Lekki-Epe corridor transit would be made easier by the completion of the Lekki Regional Road and continuing Lekki-Epe Expressway restoration work. As of right now, Governor Sanwo Olu has received approval for the development of Lekki Epe Airport and has also signaled the beginning of construction on a central food security systems and logistics hub in the state’s Ketu-Erefun, Epe region. He cited the projects as evidence of his administration’s commitment to resolving issues facing agribusiness stakeholders and providing hope to the populace through an improved standard of living.

The project will take 24 months to complete and will provide storage space for more than 1,500 vehicles per day.

The State Food Security Systems will be constructed on 1.2 million square meters of land and include facilities for aggregation and storage, administrative offices, trading and brokering, packaging and processing, cold chain and dry goods services, logistics services and trailer parks, water treatment facilities, health centers, fuel stations, fire stations, abattoirs, and lairage.

Over the next few decades, investors that take advantage of Epe’s current cheap pricing window will see profits akin to those from Lekki Phase 1.

Epe’s housing market is only now starting to take off. Pricing is often quite affordable when compared to nearby areas, and demand for residential asset classes is still high.
